RB Racing LSR 2-1 #1308 Slash Cut Down

Energy One
I am starting this thread bc I ordered these today for my 05 BD Chopper DT and there are a ton of people who complain about the lead time from order to arrival. The nice lady on the phone said 5-6 weeks.

Replacing my Trotta D2's that were damaged in my accident with these...$879 with flanges, billet gaskets, and heat shields

haha "nice lady on the phone" you are trusting arn't ya?

Honestly never dealth with R&B. Have dealt with another manufactor for exahust and was told 2-3 weeks and it took more like 2-3 months. They took the money up front? Right?

Actually they did not take the money up front....At RB Racing if you ask enough questions you find out that they make everything as it is ordered and exhaust does not seem to be their main product. In fact, I got the distinct impression that they really don't care about my little $8-900 at all. I guess their bread and butter is higher end custom turbos and other things?

There has been a ton of interest in their 2-1 on our dogs because they are supposed to be really great performance headers (mostly increases torque) and they don't look like ass. There have been some issues with how long it takes to get them. I have the unique opportunity, since my bike is down for 6-8 weeks, to see if they have gotten any better about their delivery time. Just trying to be helpful, shit I'm not doing much else all laid up.

It's not that I trust the "nice lady on the phone" its more of no bike and they haven't taken any money from me at all. Plus, I have exhaust to throw on if they take too long so they won't be keeping me from riding.

Update Called RB Racing today (5 weeks tomorrow from date of order) and she said that it has not come back from the chrome shop yet....

Pipes Delivered!!!

Pipes arrived at Biker's Dreams in Alpharetta yesterday. That's 5 almost 6 weeks since the day I ordered.
I have not seen them yet but the tracking was updated. Can't wait to see/hear them.

Is laid up the same as recovering from an accident? The two into one looks good.

Yes laid up is the same as recovering from an accident....

Bike is getting very close to being completely redone by Biker's Dream in Alpharetta GA and I can't wait to here the exhaust as well. I will def post a video as soon as I get to hear it.

Extremely happy with my LSR 2-1: don't recall delivery time (think it was 4-5 weeks as promised). The sound is unique and fitting for a dog - trust it.

I bought the same exhaust with slash down and baffles about 4 to 5 weeks ago. Going with ceramic coating and chrome heat shields. They said it is not back from ceramic coating yet. Not sure if I should have gone with baffled vs non baffled? Don't want raspy sound, but want good gains. What have you guys experienced with baffled vs non baffled lsr 2 into 1's sound and gains?
