Is It Charging ????

I added a plug in under the Battery Box (switch would be better). It is routed along the wire harness so it barely sticks out from the bottom of the Battery box opening so I can see it. It also reflects off the Starter so I can see the color from above.

I angled the camera shot so you could see the led just to the right of the oil temperature gauge. I had to use no flash to show the reflection off the starter.

Nice Huw

I like the idea that Curtis and Huw have of being able to see it while I am riding so I will be aware of any problem ASAP, so that I don't totally drain the battery before I see that there is a problem.

Today i'm thinking head light bucket.... that way I don't have to run any wires.... the controller is small enough to fit inside, and I can connect my ground and power wire inside the bucket .... I'm going with the power side of the Low Beam... Figured I can RTV the controller to the inside of the bucket so it isn't bouncing around ... drill a hole in the bucket for the indicator light and insert a rubber grommet, a little RTV to hold it in place... it will energize with the key on  probably change my mind tomorrow

Really.......Really...........
"So you don't have to run any wires."
You just finished building a custom motorcycle and your struggling with running a couple of wires?

I wouldn't damage your bucket
Under the speedo is a nice little slot.
You could use a little braided wrap at the LED with a piece of wire inside the wrap for bending and shaping and have it back under the speedo where you can see it when your riding but no one else could see it.

I'm really liking that

Thanks for the prompt shipment Don. I've had it for a couple days already. The processor is sealed and waterproof

Don,
I have ordered from you before and today I have ordered a battery monitor. I am confident that you will continue the excellent service that your business has shown previously. Thanks for the positive way in which you treat fellow bikers.

Mine has not arrived yet, but with my bike on my multi-bank tender unless I am riding, the very small current it pulls doesn't matter.
