A while back there was a group buy on a devise you put on your throttle grip you can flip down and it will act like cruise control. When you need to end cruise you just throttle down and then reset it as needed. It is made out of plastic. I need 2 and I can not find the link where they were for sale. Need help!

I wish I had more money.
I think the one life is talking about goes around the throttle grip itself. If I'm not mistaken Tim made one from aluminum. I'll give it a look see.

It's made of plastic. Been using it for 3.5k miles and it's pretty much junk. Give right wrist a short break, but it slips too much to be useful for more that a minute.

Mine actually worked great! I put close to 600-650 miles on it while in Sturgis this year. You MUST use the wide rubber o-ring that comes with it. One of the guys I ride with noticed I was flipping something down on 20-30 mile streight aways. He tried it and wants one. I love the thing! A+ in my book!:2thumbs: Go cruise throttle lock

I used the rubber oring. No joy. Cruise Mate is a much better investment. I have them on the other two bikes and will be adding one to the GTX when I get home
