Need an EHC... Electric Harness Center for 2009 Bigdog Wolf

Hey guys I need some help. I have a 2009 Bigdog Wolf. I wrecked it and I am in the process of having it fixed. I need a EHC, but the company that makes the wire plus kit is behind on making them. I need one asap so I can go to Bike Week in 3 weeks. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Give BDPP a call. They should have a PDM upgrade? Oh, and welcome to the pound.

Its the factory replacement. The other option is Wire Plus but the wait is quite long.

and there is a 3rd option called the M-unit. do a search and read about all three

PDM, M-unit, and the wire plus. get informed and make an informed decision. or, like you said, you can always try to rewire the whole bike.

Tom, you are confusing posts, this is a new guy and he is not wanting to read or educate himself. He wants an EHC (which actually stands for Electronic Harness Controller not center) and he is willing to pay whatever it takes to have it to his "mechanic" in a couple of weeks. There are thousands of these wonderful cycles in the hands of rich people who know or care nothing about the machine other than having it running to impress their friends and strangers that will look, Ever wonder why there are so many bikes compared to forum members.........Donna has given him the answer he needs.

Good Luck "properties" you have a super bike in the hands of your "mechanic".

My bad but when you choose a tag name of "properties" and dont know what EHC really means and you expect to have one ASAP to your mechanic, if I am wrong I am an asshole, I'm just thankful Donna can sell him one ASAP. I figured you Paul after rebuilding and repainting yours, you might not relate to these folks that jump to this site for quick fixes. Ouch right back at ya.

Tom that is because you are a top notch helpful gentleman, and Mr. Properties excuse my protective nature of this forum and the community of owners that make this place a haven of MC knowledge. You have the top of the BD family with a Wolf, best of luck getting it repaired quickly. If you have some time to share with the site ......... well then do so.

I don't relate to those folks at all, but hell if they got it good for them. I just hope that when its all back together the wheels don't fall off. and agree too many "folks" jump on for quick fixes and roll when they get what they need.
Take care man, BTW waiting anxiously to get the heads back from diamond cut in Vegas hope mine turn out as good as yours!

Can't wait to see the done project Paul, that paint you got turned out super. And youre gonna love the black and diamond, not to mention they are much simpler to keep looking clean. I was a little  last night when I posted the above. Damn I believe I am guilty of a thread hijack, sorry Properties. It's all yours again.

Have to agree with jimizee on this.

It is always nice to get an intro for sure, but having been here since the begining, and the site listed as the main source for BD, I would hope that noobies or someone just trying to find something quick and get help from the best spot out there for BD, can do so, even if it is a one shot deal.

I would hope that the site is always a place with a welcoming for all people of BD needs, and not become sometype of eliest place where one has to meet a certain criteria other than an interest in BD, such as doing all their own wrenching, having a certain income level, job, look, etc.

Still intro are nice, but one failing to do so trying to get a quick bit of help, should not make them unwelcomed from the get go.

End of my 2 shickels!

Hell, I joined this forum over two years ago while looking for a "quick fix". At that time, I didn't know what a forum was:D. If it wasn't from this place as I have stated before, I would have been dogless two years ago. Welcome from Southeast, Va. and another fairly nooby.
