I need help with parts

So if anyone read my post at the beginning of July about my rear drive Pulley breaking may remember how pissy I was and how I had enough and wanted to get rid of my Chopper. Anyways after hell dealing with ebay and first getting the wrong part from some guy at machinechoppers.com who listed the part as 1 1/2 pulley, it was 1 1/8 so I had a nightmare with him, he threaten to come to my house because he had my address and he isn't that far away and his words, take care of me because I said he needed to pay for return shipping since this was his mistake and not mine. Anyways after all that, I finally actually get the Mad Clown drive pulley that was on my bike and chrome. It just took 11 days to get it so now two months have gone by.

Here is my issue I need help with, I get my Chopper back Saturday, it had Never Ran so well, I was in Heaven!!! I went Tuesday to met with my insurance adjuster about my truck, I went and took care of it and on the way home I am minding my own FN business cruising on the freeway and out of No Where a big ass tire was right in front of me!!! I had no time to do anything!!! I hit it and it was a nice thumb front and rear and as I was going, I looked in my mirrors and I could see white smoke coming from my bike!!! The Freaking tire hit my exhaust, tail light, new drive belt and my New Chrome Drive Pulley!!! I pulled over on the left to see what the smoke was coming from and it was the bolt from my tail light pushed into my tire and ate the side of it!!!

I started my Insurance Saturday because that was the day I picked my Chopper up and now they are giving my Trouble.

So what I need help with is a right side Tail Light because I can't find one online at all to match, it is just the standard Big Dog Light. If anyone knows where I can buy a new 250 rear tire please let me know as well. I am out of luck on my Pulley but I can live with the scratches but now I need a new belt. If anyone knows the best place for these items please let me know.

Also, looking at the picture, anyone think it would be okay to ride it like this?

It went into the side of the tire about 1/8 inch to a 1/4 at most. It isn't flat, just looks bad.

that created a very bad weak spot in tire...it needs replaced....i just picked up new taillights from bdpp in wichita ks you can also get new belt...strokers in dallas also had these items...as for tire, i got mine from rocky mtn motorcycle...

I wouldn't . I think Karate has the belt. Try BDPP for the light

Dude thats bad luck bro. I wouldn't ride that tire not with 1/4" worn off there isn't much sidewall to begin with. You hit a good size rock or another tire and things will probably get squirley.


I hit a HUGE tire the other day in the gf car. Was about 1 Am in the morning down the freeway. Ooops

How is the pulley? I have a stock pulley used 1-1/2" its polished alum. I saw your post before and was going to offer it for what I paid but considered throwing it on my bike. Mine is got a small bend in it from hitting a piece of bumper in the road but it's still driveable. I think I'll go to chain drive this winter anyways. I'll send it to you for $80 shipped if you need it.

I did get a the right Pulley on ebay for 100 bucks and it was even chrome so that all worked out. This was just one of those things, I couldn't avoid the tire though. I will look up those shops and bdpp for the what I need. By the time it's running again it will be winter.... Damn!!! What style pulley is it Th3InfamousI? Who knows if I need to replace it. Mine is the Mad Clown Pulley and rims.
