Wild Steed Worx BD Shock Shoulder Bolts and Spacers.

Many of us have suffered from broken shoulder bolts. I ran all around the Southwest last year with only one shock because of a broken bolt.
When Kaptain Amerika and I did our long 7000 mile ride a couple years ago his bike broke a bolt and he lost a shock in Texas.

So we here at Wild Steed Worx fabricated some Grade 8 bolts for piece of mind. Also, we cut up some spacers to go along with them. These bolts will be great replacements for your current bolts so that you too may not have to suffer from a lost shock like we have.

Check out our site for your replacement bolts:

Other great products coming at you also :)

Your link doesn't work Ray, server trouble? I would be interested in either:
1. A vented gas cap/paint saver that doesn't leak and mess up the paint and/or
2. A larger capacity tank for my 08 Mutt that has a different style fuel cap that won't leak

Any chance you guys may develope something like that soon?

I just clicked on the link above Bro and it took me right there.

Nothing on that "soon" armad. We have several things in the works now for our two man operation that are taking up our time right now. But we are always up to new ideas to take care of our BD owners.
Thanks

yeah broke mine some months back and it was a biotch extracting the bolt from the front mount... Grade-8 has some great shear strength at 91000 psi for a 5/8" bolt... I will check your website

Armad-our Mutt's have the older model mastiff frame and chopper tank. I have thought about finding a mastiff tank and modify the mounts on the Mutt to fit. 4 mounts not 3.Would add a gallon I believe.

Do you know right off hand who the frame and tank manufacturer was? my tank has 4 pad type mounts with rubber donuts. My tank is 3.8 gallons and another gallon would be great.

Thanks Ray, I clicked on it now and it worked. Keep the tank thing on the back burner until you have time.

Your frame is most likely a BDM frame. Not sure who made the tins though. I split mine myself if you remember. I have the same tank as you.

Yes, I remember you doing the tank split Ray. That's the reason I was asking about the possibility of you guys doing the tank mods. Maybe get a tank from somewhere???? split it etc and then do it on an exchange basis. Does your tank leak at the paint saver/gas cap?

Ray, do we get our own starter back or is it an exchange? Is the price complete or subject to findings upon breakdown?

Ray, if you are looking for ideas... I would like to mount a saddle bag on the left side of my swingarm (07 mastiff). Unfortunately, my tag is in the way. If u could come up with solution I would love to see it!

Hey Dawgboy
Its your starter rebuilt and returned to you. Worx will take care of small items such as a bad bearing or a bad gasket, bad boot e.t.c. Anything major i.e. your armature is bad would be an additional charge but, much like the rebuild price, our aim is to keep the cost low so you folks can continue to enjoy your rides without being raped blind.
