The starter relay is in the EHC. Its likely though that your issue is the solenoid. Send the starter to wild steed worx and we will get it straightened out for you.
I bought mine at Sturgis 3 years ago. There is a thread on here that has the part # (I dont have it) J&P Cycle is where I got mine. If you have a winter have Curtis and Ray rebuild it for you. That what I am going to do this winter. Wish I could help more but my bike is in NM and Im in Vegas for a few more weeks.

Do those cheapo's fit the 1.8KW starter on the 04's? They look like they are only for the stock harley's which are smaller.
I just searched here. Like I said mine was bought years back and the box is somewhere packed away down in NM getting ready to move to South Dakota. I should keep better track of the items for my chopper that I bought over the years. Heck could have made a parts list by now. I just know I got it from J&P and it was $60 something but that might have been Sturgis prices.
