Ya know, they use to have wooden park benches and tables in parks. Then some asshole wasn't careful and appreciative and got a splinter in his ass. So instead of blaming himself for not being careful, he blamed (and sued) the ones who provided the park and the benches. Now there are no more wooden park benches and in some cases NO park benches and tables at all and Taxes are sky high!
