Forks - Problem with disassembly

I read through all of Gas Man's tutorial on how to disassemble my forks. Great demo, but I am having a problem getting the bolt/plug that holds in the baffle stem (part number 37 on the owner's manual). The bolt is not moving at all. Is there a special trick to get this off?
Thanks

Without reffering to manual which bolt are you referring to?

What is the issue your having?

"Then remove the plug, which also disconnects the inner rod dampner inside the fork tube. This is also the bolt that holds the fork leg to the fork tube. You may also see that there is some silicone on this to help with sealing it."

This is the plug that isn't disconnecting. It just spins when i put the allen wrench on it. The plug that attaches to the damper tube is not coming out. The only thing I have been able to get out is the spring and fluid.

in the '07 manual, "typical front fork assembly" (all except bulldog) item #37 refers to the (4) bolts that attach the fork brace (stabilizer).

Are you absolutely sure your allen wrench is long enough to reach the plug? If the plug just spins, you would have leaked all your fork oil out pretty fast. If you felt it break loose when you first attempted to remove it, then it might be just hanging up in there by the silicone. Just a thought.
