Well, I guess the positive side to this crap is these members who are just now discovering Ed's talents. Not only is Ed a master artist and the only person I'd ever have paint for me...he is also a wonderful, upstanding guy and I'm proud to call him my friend. You won't be disappointed if you send your tins to Ed...it'll be your favorite mod, I promise!

I always try to give someone the benefit of the doubt. Although there are very few excuses, there may be actually a legitimate reason why he hasn't paid. I personally think those are far and few between, added with the fact he has already crossed someone concerning a gas cap makes it really look bad for him. One thing that I haven't seen posted (if it has I missed it), is if he is as bad as some say he is, and the paint job wasn't for him, who's to say that the person who owns the bike didn't give him the money and he just poketed it. That's why I think it is important to contact the MC and let them know that payment hasn't been received. It's a chance that the bike owner gave BoyDog the money for the service and he has yet to pay thinking maybe he can con $300.00.

Just a thought, and a good reason to contact the club directly.

He actually called me the other day. Said he doesn't want to burn any bridges ...already done that. He explained how the owner of the bike has screwed him out of labor and money. He says he'll pay me out of his pocket in another week. So we'll see what happens.

I wish I could have purchased a Picasso and held on to it to pay him later. I'd made money with no outlay of cash.
Been following this thread. Sorry this happened ED. He's really burned all of in a way. Now it'll be a long time if ever you trust anyone again with your work without having cash in hand. Bad for everyone. :(
By the way. Do you have pics of the tins before you sent them out? Maybe I missed that post.
