Looks like there are marks on the swing arm left side. The bike will be totalled out. It would cost to much to repair the bike. Between parts and labor its easier for them to total it out. If it was me, Id seriously consider trying to buy the bike back. If the major components are still good. Its worth a rebuild or parting out the bike. The main thing is your ok. You can always get another bike
