hope you dont miss to much riding this summer.dont rush your recovery. I made that mistake and had to have second surgery with a fused lumbar, been in more pain then before surgery,onced they do a fusion you are stuck with it for life.

I have to agree, don't rush it. Been there, done that 3 times already. All have healed for the best. Good luck and wishing a full recovery.
