Do you want advice for paint wet sanding or are you talking about the billet?Ken, I know u just sold it sorry to hear. I am in the process of a rebuild any advice on wet sanding?? Tools, grit chemicals. I just did my levers and the turned out great started with a 120 grit orbital sander working up to 2000 grit for the final sand.. Mothers billet to finish the shine
new paint with 4 coats of clear, I would go no more aggressive than 1500 prefer 2000, then follow up with 2500. Buf with high speed using mequirs diamond cut 2.0. Then with polish pad using swirl remover 2.0.
Billet: I love the mothers Billet polish I clean 1st removing all grit tar, bugs etc. I work the billet polish in using a finger and a latex glove as an applicator, then buff off using two rags (sweat shirt material)
