Michigan. No Helmet

Congrads on loosing the helmet law.
Wish we had a choice here in NY.
I would not wear one around town local rides.30 / 45 mph .
But out on the highway its a different story,I hit a deer in 2000 doing 65 mph.
If I weren't wearing a bucket I probably wouldn't be typing this right now.
Make the choics wisely Ride safe

I don't think NY will ever change. It's one of the most regulated states in the the US and Abate has been fighting the helmet law since the seventies in NY.

It's a good thing to have the freedom to chose helmet or no helmet.Thats why i love ridin in Arkansas.
