Leaking Carb around bellows seal

I am having a fuel leak around the bellows seal. I just replaced the bellows because the old one was cracked. I thought that might fix the leak, however it is still leaking when I twist the throttle. Fuel comes out from the top and bottom of the bellows. Is the diaphragm the culprit or did I miss a step in replacing the bellows?

Any advice and help is appreciated.

Sounds like the accelarator (sp?) pump is bad or the diaphram did not get seated when you reinstalled it. They can be tricky.
