REAL Metal Fab' ing

BroadBand

Since late 60's
I recently came across this guy who really know how to twist some metal.
It would be cool if he was into cycles as can you imagine what he would do with the sheet metal and frame.
I scratch my head, wondering just how it all comes together....
maybe just alot of welds and grinding - and the patience of a kindergarten teacher. :)

Couple pics and a <LINK>.

He makes a model in a 3d CAD program then sends it to a 3d printing company. He talks about it on his blog. He's got some really cool stuff for sale on there. I was looking at some of the stuff he had for sale for just $105 and I'm like how the hell does this guy do all that for so cheap!
