Anyone have soulitions? I know Im not the only 5-8 riding a dog.......easly to change, modify?.........help and thanks.

A push seat may be your best bet. Easy and quick. Do a search.

I know they make extensions for longer legs. My wife, Rocky, is 5'10" and occasionally rides with her "pushup" seat as mentioned by Harry above. It will push you up about 3" compared to a stock seat. She has been riding without lately. I'll ask if she's interested in selling if you're interested in buying.

not enough time 4 riding
On my 06 Mastiff, the stock forward controls had the gear shift peg and the brake pedal even with the down tubes. With the extended forward controls, the brake pedal and gear shift peg are in front of the down tubes.

They look stock but it is hard to tell even when I blow up the picture. You will enjoy the comfort of a Push Gel Seat and it will give you that extra distance you need. Contact Seatmaker.

Have to agree with the others, your appears to be stock. On my 05 Mastiff, they are pretty much in line with the down tube. Push seat would sound like a good alternative.

Nice bike/s BTW

FWIW I believe BDM makes a "retracted" control set as well as extended. They won't work with the V&H BR 2-2's though. Not enough clearance. Move's em back about 1 inch if I remember correctly. Can't find a pic, BDM160-00086?

im 5'5 i own a ridgeback, and only the very front of my foot reached my controls, so i sent my seat out to seatmaker, told him about the problem that i needed three inches and while i was doing that i had him add gel , great job, great service, one week turnaround and i had to go no further than this forum, it doesnt get any better than that!
