ehc question

does anyone know on a 2008 mastiff which light are suppose to be on ehc when bike is running.i have green controller on,power yellow on,and igniton come on when run switch is pressed and flashes when bike is running. i know the first to light are ok,just not sure about ignition light.bike just dosnt seem to want to turn over sometimes.throws 4 way flasher on. battery was checked twice and excellent.battery has 275 cld crank amps,maybe i just need to get a braille.

Sounds like the battery. I had a similar issue before I got my Big Bore 350. Old battery checked out but would start the bike after coming off the Battery Tender.

275 is not much cranking amps...more cranking amps may be your answer...

thanks for imfo.after i tried starting battery amps were 12.67 .seems not to have a problem whenbattery amps are around 12.85 and above

battery voltage is not a good indicator of battery state. A true load test with proper equipment is the only way I know to check a batteries condition. If its old just replace it regardless of how it test, because it will go out on you at the worst possible time.

yes several batteries can show good voltage but not pass a load test...i think my braille has 725 cranking amps...
