Hey, I recognize those bikesI have two Tender Plus's one each side of the shop. I also have two genaric AutoZone units, one on the BBT and one for when I leave a bike on the lift or if someone stops by for the night!:2thumbs:

ALWAYS on a tender, one for each bike. Still using the battery that came with my Pit Bull, and that was 2 1/2 years ago.

I was thinking my org battery 07 was long over due to die on me but like the energizer bunny it keeps on going "wish my rear tire would" but I'm thinking its because like most of us when its not in use its on the "Tender Plus" .. It would be cool to see if miles made a difference or weather or not the dog was a around town mutt or long distance sorta bike . Anyway thanks for getting it right !

That Xtreme charger kicks some ass!:up: It charges up the battery quicker than my tender did.

I don't need to leave it on a tender. I am currently on a week long cruise and I'll bet it starts just fine. I even left the ignition on one day by accident for 4 hours and charged it up with a Genius. You either get a good one or you don't. If you don't, trade or trash it and buy a new one.

Damn it. I just had a Genius fail or act up on me. Sent it back to the manufacturer to see what is wrong. Hopefully, it is something simple.:bang::bang:

I chose "when I think about it", but that said, I think about it most every time I pull into the garage. The big issue for me is the LEDs. Many evenings are spent at the Cigar Cave Lounge. Besides looking bad ass, the LEDs keep idiots from plowing into my parking space thinking its empty as has happened when everything is dark. It's those nights beyond any others that I remember to plug in the tender when I get home.

With 13 personal rides to maintain and "pick N choose" which one I'll peel outta the shop on , I sometimes *forget* which one I rode last - and if thats been more than a few months occasionally it'll need a jump or boost.

Ya know ...at 54 years young(my age) I suffer from "sometimers disease"
sometime's I remember.... but more often than not I forget about trivial stuff like putting them sleds on the battery tender/charger.
NOW...that I've replied to this post and I have several minutes to myself and things are down to a dull roar...I put a "sticky pad" note above the bench with the tender outlets and cables
which reads :
Vince you asshole....put the bikes on the Battery Tender that you DONT Ride often
and the smiley face is included (as I'm an artist with a sharpie).I've been busier than usual lately since Nov 2011 so My neglect in charging them has been increased tenfold and I admit it with all honesty.
We've been blessed here in Connecticut thus far this season with temps averaging above 43 degrees thus far (Thank You God) and I DO Admit that I've had a few "issues" with bikes that havent been ridden or started in a few weeks with a heated shop and even this mild season so -far(so far , so good , So What!!!).
No brag....just fact.

Does anyone rotate their tenders around like I do? I have two generators, 5 bikes, a boat, and truck that I don't ride much because I ride my bikes so much. I actually feel uncomfortable keeping a tender on one battery all the time. Is it just me?
