Need sissybar style struts fabricated.

I recently purchased "raw" billet struts for my 2005 BDM Chopper RT online.They are not sissybar compatible at this time,but I figured I could "find" someone to fab these into sissybar compatible struts.I thought I found a guy in Tucson,but he said he couldn't do them for a decent price.Is there anyone out there who can do this work for me.Any ideas?
