Hey Rob , I was running around 80 headed to a poker run when mine died on the interstate like instantly on a very hot summer's day a long way from home.. Trust me I understand the frustration. I was pushing my daughter on the scooter down the side of the interstate to the exit just to vent. They don't really push to good either.
I turned out to be the EHC fried and I had to get the WP and the switch from Jake. ok , don't laugh but I didn't even know where the EHC was located until all this happened, really I didn't! I took too much time on it and made it way harder than it actually was to install too, just unsure and didn't want to screw up. The WP and the switch are the best thing I have done to my scooter since I have had it and all the other stuff I have fixed or corrected. Jake's instruction are easy and make it easy if you have to do it on yours. I don't feel like I need to unload the mower off the trailer for my wife to come get me anymore everytime I took it out for a spin either. I have even forgot my cell a few times and realized it after to far from home and didn't freak out cause I have faith what I leave the house on will bring me back home everytime. :2thumbs: Hope it is something simple, but if you have to do the wire plus it is pretty easy as well.

my Boxer took a dump on my wife before I got back from Afgan... got it at the shop right now hardwiring the whole thing... getting rid of the ehc all together... lucked out with the older dog it doesn't have the micro switch's in the controls so it's a little cheaper still gonna be about 800 bucks when all's said and done...
