i ordered a cobra 2 headlight from them about 6 months ago,about a month later the bulb went out and the lockring was cross threaded,ended up breaking the lamp to replace the bulb,ordered another one.got it and the lamp was loose in the bucket,ok no prob i can fix that, the lock ring wont budge,is crooked. FUCK!!

called to see about getting a replacement,told them the whole story. guy said i must be stupid because they have never had to replace one before,and i must be a dumbass trying to install it!! so,i finally got the jackass to agree to send me another one when they got it back. got an e-mail saying ok,they are sending another one,no prob. that was almost a month ago.

called on the 5th,they said it went out last week,to call in a couple days if it had not shown,well called today and guy said he would check into it and to call back. i called back and they said well you have a rigid bike you wont be happy with our headlight, we will give you a refund,he was kinda laughing while he said it too. still waiting on confirmation i got credit back.

pisses me off they have been dicking me around for the last month and won't stand behind their product. so, i need a headlight still and if i'm ever in ohio i'm gonna pay a couple fuckers a visit

Hey Todd, my bulb was bad and I broke my glass messing with the ring. Rode to freedom cycle (32nd and Robinson) and drove away all fixed up. I was out about 30 bucks and they helped with the install. Freedom has a huge assortment of lamps and glass.

Hey Paul, I'm off til wed and am in need to some ride time. Would love to load up the wife and ride to red rock canyon (back roads of coarse). If that's too long then I'm up for anything. Btw changed the cam sensor and bike hasn't died yet. I'll pm you my num.

i go to freedom all the time. i will try to get by today. and i have been riding,the bulb still works,just half the glass is gone haha

I know you have had a bad experience, but I have to say that I have ordered a lot of parts from them (not recently though and I can't remember an electrical purchase) and have had good luck with them. For me, they have had good products at a fair price and fast shipping.

They have been on ebay for years. Right now they list in their store 2543 items, with a 99.3 positive feedback percentage and a total items sold since 2002 of 74,479 items sold. So they must be pleasing a majority of their buyers.

Sorry you have had a bad experience but I would think again about bashing them on this one item problem. Many of these aftermarket companies buy from overseas to keep prices low and to stay competitive and I am sure they sometimes buy items that lacked thorough testing and quality control and when this happens they should hear about the problem a buyer has had with THAT item Loud and Clear. Enough complaints and they will stop buying from that supplier.
