It is good that she was there and hopefully she did it for the right reason, to show true support for the men and women that serve and have served in uniform and for the ones that never made it home. Hopefully she didn't take advantage of what is supposed to be an event to keep eye focused on the Veteran Issues "Until They All Come Home" and try to make it a political stop as the begining of her East Caost Tour.

Did she make a speach or just show her support?

I like Mrs. Plain, but am always skecpticle when Politicians show up for what is one of the Nations Biggest Veterans event, especially if they do right in front of an election year or as they are posturing to decinde on a run.

The report I saw said she made no speech, and spent time away from the press in a tent with wounded veterans. I can't know her motives, but her actions were consistent with the spirit of the event,

I know a lot of people don't want her as president. But, I'd take her as my Commander in Chief/President since I really need change and can't but hope things will be better! If it doesn't work out. Oh well, live and learn.

Right....We call this "Wavering" Remember John Carey? It's looks so easy to be a President til 1ST day of Office...If Palin wins, she will change or Drown...You can't keep everyone happy all the time...
