02 Pitbull - unmarked wires

Hi all,
I'm looking at an 02 Pitbull. Under the seat, there's a small module - roughly 1.5"x2"x4". white: 12v out; red: 12v out, black: ground. There's an another unmarked, disconnected black and a disconnected blue wire. Any idea what those might be for? Current owner doesn't know, and everything seems to function properly.

I have an 02 pitbull i will check when i get home tonight.

That actually might be it... The bike does have working LED's. I need to clip some ties and trace the existing cables better. They might tie in to the lights under the tank. The loose cables have stripped ends like they were going somewhere. That's throwing me a bit.
