Engine size??

How can a person check the engine size on a 2004 chopper to make for sure it is really a 117 and not a 107. The cam sensor plate does say bdm 117 but I could see somebody changing it out to fool people who wouldn't know any different, like me. Thanks guys.

Call s&s with the serial number.
Its stamped on the engine.

if there is a U shape around the spark plug at cooling fins of head .. it is 117,,, if is is square it is 107. ill see if i can get a pic for u.

Lol. The previous owner could have also swapped that out to make people think other wise. Just making sure b4 I order a cam and other future parts. Thanks guys.
