Has anybody ordered off the BDM new site

Hey Guys,
Just wondering if anyone has ordered and received anything off the new BDM performance parts site yet.

I placed an order last week for my clutch cable. I was told it was in stock, they charged me for the cable, made me use "PayCrap" instead of my Visa card, it was charged to my account, and still as of today, no cable, or a shipped date....... On line it says "awaiting dispatch". I tried to email them, but I can't get a return email from them, and there is no one to call. I hope this is not what its going to be like.

I have sent two e-mails myself with no answer. I don't know how a customer can determine what part fits what.

I have sent two e-mails as well and there is no response. I'm looking for a set of revolver passenger pegs if anyone has any to sell.
 
I ordered a Service manual on Saturday and it arrived yesterday. It was the wrong one, but they did ship it. I called 316-267-9121 and they are supposed to ship out the correct one today.

Thats what I've been getting too. They took my money, but no response, or details about when its shipping.

I would go to Barnett, but they can't help me without giving them details of the cable. Its still in the bike. I was looking for a spare. All I know is what the BDM part number is and that its 6" over.

I ordered two rear Caliper rebuild kits and front pegs clevis extension got them within 5 days.

i ordered and got my service manual, took 3 business days to ship. they dont have don at valueteck's customer service but at least they are open.

It seems to me that there new web site is hit and miss. Some are getting there stuff...some arn't. I've sent a few emails trying to get info on a replacement key. I have yet to hear from them. And its been a week. Kind of sucks ...their service.

I ordered two side covers over the phone, they arrived within 5 days, but i couldn't get the website to work
 
I had that problem with the order but not from the big dog parts online. from another authorized dealer. thought they forgot about me after three to four weeks. was going to use this as a lesson learned since it wasnt much for the cost on after market mirror adaptors. two days ago i got a call from them saying how sorry they are for taking so damn long and that they will make sure i have it in my hand in two to three day time. I should get it tomorrow but it was nice to know they made the effort to call and explained why it took so long (bdm closed on them as well and not able to get the parts in due time) best part...free shipping. :whoop:

Big Dog is still "Playing Games" Its only one reason a company doesnt put their phone number on their website...That is to "Blow off" the customer at his expense...:bang:

Well stroker I tried the link you provided. Lets see if that does me any good. Update: Tried the link provided by Stroker...received an answer to my email and in two hours had my replacement key ordered and on its way! Now thats service!!

Well guys,
its now been 10 days since I placed my order from the BDM parts site. No ship date, even though it was in stock. I cant get a response from the contact page. I've even tried the email address above. They had no issue taking my money from my account. Not sure what to do from this point.

Not happy so far with the new company. Too bad, they had a great concept to make money, but not if its this difficult to contact them and get your parts.

I haven't placed an order yet, but I did use the contact page to find out a part number that I needed. I got a response the next day with the correct part number and was told that it is out of stock for the next 2-4 weeks. I definitely don't like the website though, seems hit or miss every time I visit it.

Hey guys,
I ended up calling the number and talking to Adrian directly. Real helpful, and very nice on the phone. Looks like the part was in stock in the computer, but they don't have one. At least I finally got a response, and he emailed me back too.

PLUS - he gave me the Barnett cross number for the 2003 chopper -BA607-87ASC+6 - CABLE, CLUTCH, W/CLEAR COAT 6" OVER
