Ok I bought a set of tribal hand grips last year when Big dog was still in Business. These grips are aluminun look like they been chromed the trottle side is fine but the clutch side every time I ride the bike my left hand if I do not wear gloves gets alumin dirty black shit all over the fingers no matter how much I clean these grips the left hand still gets dirty and I'm not talkin a little dirt. I am lookin for a place that does show chrome does anybody know of any where in Oklahoma I really do not want to ship them do not trust place might never get them back LOL.Or if you have any suggestions to keep them clean to get rid of the black shit forcoming out. I think it must be a poor grade of aluminun that the left grip was made out of.naw they would not do that LOL. any suggestion would help Thanks Buster:flag:

You can always spray the grip with clear laquer or waterbased Urathane as a short term fix. The waterbased stuff is water clear, the solvent based will have a slight tint to it. I have seen a few sets on ebay also, checkout shovelheadkickers listings.

I bought the complete set chromed this seeps right through.
