I had a custom touring saddle made last year for some added comfort when taking the long trips. The passenger pad was designed to accept a driver back rest, although the designer was reluctant to do so due to the possibility of the suction cups popping off without the weight of a passenger. I found a solution; modify the hardware on the Saddleman 2200 so it fits snugly facing forward while placing the needed downward pressure to hold the passenger pad in place. I look forward to this next trip because a test ride around town was like sitting in a lazy boy.
