Battery box help

Can someone tell me or send me a picture of how the battery box mounts in the front? If you pull the seat of there are to bolts on the top towards the rear of the bike and one bolt washer and nut that bolts the battery boy to a tab welded on the frame. My question is what side of the tab does the battery box lip go on? On the back side of the tab welded to frame towards the back of the bike, or on the front side of the tab towards the front of the bike? It is not wanting to fit ether way.
The bike is a 06 K9.

mine is on the back side of the tab towards the back of the bike....hope that helps!

Nevermind.. I had the oil tank top bracket on wrong side lol.. Guess thats what I get for not looking at the pictures I took when I put the oil tank back in..
