I just wanted to let ever know that i can modify the stock controls to look like the vision arms. or possibly dependin on what you were lookin for, do something alittle more radical.

Holes will cost ya $100
Anything else will require a quote.

You can either send me your arms and wait for them to be machined or we can exchange a set. Totally up to you. i will post some pics of the set on my bike soon. Or GasMan will pry post some pics of the ones i did for him.

Have a nice day.:flag:

some nothin huh.
Thanks for the reminder P8triot...

Hey Cav,
I got a couple of bags of holes laying around myself... (not to mistaken for hole-bags :zzdisappointed:)
Depending on the tolerances and sizes required, I may have to charge extra...

You could still drill the controls so they fit for anyone interested. :D

On a more serious note - CAV, have you gone into production on those flame rear axle covers?

Must be labor is counted as nuthin these days unless you get somethin with it.:D

Actually guys, Cav is drilling the holes, so he is charging you for taking material off your parts not just charging you for nothing.

The cost of having something custom!!:D

Here's what you're looking at.

To go from this plain setup

You must either get a refirbished set from Cav or pay more than double for a new set.

Cav will get you these nicely done pieces. 3 pieces that is. 2 for the shifter and 1 for the rear brake

Those get installed and BAM. They look great.

Now with my custom exhaust being ceramic black with holed chromed heat shields I took it a bit farther!

Mask off the control arms then cut out the holes with a razor blade. I know this sounds crazy but this took me like 2 hours and about 5 razor blades (you would be surprised how fast they dull when doing percision cutting)

Then rattle can spray them gloss black which took me many hours but I'll sum it up to about 1hr of total time

Peal the tape and clean up what still is left from the masking off with another razor blade or two or three. This took about another hour.

Assemble the controls again to reveal a very sweet mod!

Sorry for so many pics but its hard to get the lighting just right and also want to show off how F'in bad ass these turned out!!

Yeah Nelson... its coming together with some seroius fury. I have been working day and night, as you know cause you've been a HUGE help. But been hard at work making my dog a custom sweet machine. Its been a hell of a trip...

I mean I listen to what people say, look at other customs, read up, listen some more, think on shit, think on the shitter, dream up stuff... been working with Cav on some more ideas as well. Many of which I won't use but would be great replacements or mods to a stock BDM for other folks.
