Have you pulled it apart to see if one of the wire broke loose? I've posted lots of pics of this here but not searching for them on this phone :)

Check the connector feeding the signal to the tach -- it's pretty sensitive to signal inputs

I checked and nothing, the neutral, signals and high lights on the circuit board are working but the rpms nope, all of them are in the same circuit:confused:

Well somewhere on here is the "Trouble Shooting" guide that BDM put out. And the wiring diagrams are posted here also. I would check the tach signal input then, can't remember if it comes from the ignition or runs through the EHC though.

On a 2007 carb bike it comes from the ignition module and runs through the EHC. In on A5 and out on B47. It is just tapped by the EHC on the way through.

Three wires feed the TACH board RED/pwr, BLACK/gnd and YEL/signal. The pwr/gnd also run the other LEDs so if they work then inspect the board for a circuit trace crack. Then you need to work upstream from there. It's all basic troubleshooting. Or take it in for service.

I will check it, thanks for the info!

My tach did the same thing on my 05 mastiff. It turned out to be a problem inside the tach board. I replaced the tach board and that's all it was. There was one on eBay for sale and it wasn't much money and it's pretty easy to replace .
