Tributes

Hi all. I lost my son last week. I'm looking for some ideas for a tribute to him. I'm going to do a tat and I have some ideas for that but I want to put something on the bike. If you have any pics of what you may have done that would be great.
Thanks, Jon

Well, he was only 18. No official C.O.D. yet but I'm assuming the worst. He had the biggest heart. He was a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a gifted piano player. He would give his time to a local nursing home playing piano for the residents. He was special.

My condolences go out to you and your family Jon.
I'm so sorry to hear about your son. Will keep you and your family in my prayers.

As far as a tribute - it would be however you want to remember him. Many people do different things and do them in many different ways, But me - A tat would be nicely done in awesome taste. You might want to incorporate something he absolutely loved in the design.

So sorry for your loss Jon. We are not supposed to loose our children. A tat would be a great tribute. Something you would always have with you till you meet him again.

:2thumbs: I think portrait tattoos are a nice tribute, if the artist can get them properly portrayed. I want to get my mother and father tattooed on my chest/heart.

Jon another sincere condolence from me. Sounds like an extremely wonderful person, very rare to hear kids his age doing what he was for the elderly. Hats off to your son.

My condolences also.

The portrait tattoo and under it:

In Memory of My Son
Birthdate to passing date

Not the same as your loss but I have a "In Memory of" patch of my special and favorite uncle that I wear all the time. A great reminder for me of him and our good times.

Maybe Ed can do a tribute to him on fender if you are keeping your dog forever or you can take off fender if you sell bike. Or I like the simple tat of In Memory of my Son birth and passing dates

What a horribly sad and terrible loss. I am very sorry.

Why dont you think of things that remind you of him as well as quotes and such and create a paint scheme for your bike? Just a thought
