My brakes were acting up so decided to pull them yesterday. Found rear pads worn and wearing in an odd pattern.
This happened before. All my riding in the rain will cause the pucks in the caliper to stick. So in the picture you can see where the pads wore in a wedge shape causing my sweeling sound.
Chili here had his almost new stock pads so put them in after breaking the pucks loose with some break free and WD40m
Front pads looked ok just wearing on one side faster than the other so just swapped them around.
Front anti-rattle spring was broke also so replaced that and put everything back together and all is well.
I've had these Z Pads on for about 5 yrs now and its time for some new ones.
Let's see if I can link the picture from this Blackberry other wise they are in my gallery under pads.
Now to go for a ride and see if I have any brakes!
