MERRY CHRISTMAS TOO, Funny I was wondering about them myself, I saw them on one of the car/truck shows it gave them a couple of HP. Just a thought so far hope to find out more...

Sounds to me like the more you pay for a plug doesn't necessarily equate to actual extra performance. At least some of the threads I've read suggest so. I've been running what was in my Dog when I bought it. I assume it's stock, Champion RN12YC. She runs good and I'm firm believer in the philosophy of if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I do pull my plugs once in the while and look for proper color and gap. :2thumbs:Until I read something firm here in the forum to the contrary, guess I'll stick with what I've got.

I have gone to E3 plugs in two of my vehicles without any problems, can I tell a difference..not really. I had to put platinum pugs in them anyways and I just figured I would try them out since I was already going to spend the money. I did watch an episode of Horse Power TV where they changed to E3 plugs and gained some power but 1-2hp is not really going to be felt.

Been running the E3's in the HD TC for around a year. I was just curious. They seem fine but not anything better than the NGK plugs I was running before....

I checked them while on the dyno one day last summer, made a few pulls with the champions and then switched to the E-3's and the dyno showed a 1 1/2 hp gain. Not worth the extra price over the champions imo.

Got them in my 2004 F-150 and if anything, I feel a tiny bit of better response on the low end but I cant be for sure.
