It's mid-October for crying out loud! The 2008 models for Harley & Victory are "old news" already. I just don't get why a big company in this day & age doesn't pay more attention to having a 'cutting edge' website vs. a 'stone age' website!

Anyone know what BDM charges for their beyond level-1, I assume the bikes are priced with basic paint? of course its hard to tell given the lack of info on their feeble website.

I suspect that when you get into paint costs, things get pretty negotiable. My dealer was pretty open with me, and didn't give me any indication that they charge by level - but then mine was totally unique. I figured that was one of the benefits of going with Big Dog - they'll paint anything you can dream up.

Read the specs, the mutt uses the '06 mastiff frame and the 250 tire, the diff is in the trees. Almost the same bike.
Shit, I might have to upgrade to a "real" bike!

I agree they totally fucked up the pitbull. It's a nice bike but just not my style. They offered to let me ride it at the local dealer said the seat works well to cushion the blow. It's an old school design. How many old schoolers still want a hard tail? I have always preferred the look of the pit and ridgeback.
