Last Sunday, going to Daytona on the k9 around 4:00 pm forty miles from home
by my self! "had a heart atack" !
turned around and drove back home, and got moma the drive me to the hospital
:
Good Job and glad you're ok.......I'll remember the cough trickbut if this ever happens to me, I'm calling you or one of my closest riding buddies to get the Dog home and me to the hospital. Calling Momma will only mean I get a stint and she hides the keys. :spank: :lol:

OMG!! So thankful you are ok! Take care of yourself.

Good warning to us all...it's not an age thing, happened to my ex-boyfriend and he was barely over 40.

Hey Reloader! Really happy you are OK Man!

I have to ask you Ian. You have "Old Dog" by your name. How old are you Man and looking back what do you think you could have done to avoid this happening?

Just asking one "Old Dog" to another. Thanks,

Need to change your name to lucky and start taking a baby asprin a day. Most doctors will tell you that it is one of the simplest ways to prevent a heart attack--This side of exercise and proper diet along with a dose of good genes. glad to hear you are doing fine.
I was taking Asprin for three years before this!
will be out of work for two weeks
this coming Sunday to celerbrate im going shooting, nothing big just a 454casull:eek:
see you all on the road sometime!

Wow! I thankGod that you're still here with us! I've read/ heard somewhere that you can make it long enough to get help if you're out by yourself by coughing to keep the blood circulating.

I wish I had more money.
It must be the Bigdogbiker curse. Two weeks ago this upcoming Wednesday I had a tia. Better known as a mini stroke. I'm all of 36. Come to find out I have a pfo. PFO is a whole in my heart betweentop two compartments. I've had a few more episodes since the original. But none as severe as the first. I guess were looking at some heart surgery. So for real. Anyone reading this take heed.

My wife was a cardiac nurse for 15yrs and coughing is NOT recomended, that puts more stress on the heart.

Wow!!!! Glad you made it, god bless.
I will remember this one, (coughing included) could make it on "believe it or not". You are a very lucky man. Stay well and wish you the very beat.
