I just received my new forward controls from Chopperwerks(member on this site). I ordered the show polish aluminum samurai controls and they look AWESOME!!! The bearings in the controls are so smooth that I can find neutral easier than ever before. I love the look and performance of the master cylinder(especially not seeing the rubber seal around the lid). I highly recommend these to anyone looking for new forward controls. The pics don't do them justice!:2thumbs:

paleskin, I'm not sure, but if you call Bob (941) 539-5376 or PM him(chopperwerks) on this site i'm sure he'll be able to let you know if he has them. Even if he doesn't i'm certain that he can have them made for your bike. His talent in metal fabrication speaks for itself.:2thumbs:

Paleskin,

Yes, they should fit the Coyote. We have several different styles which you can view at our website : Custom ChopperWerks

Click on Enter which takes you to the index page. Scroll down the left hand side for forward controls and click. To advance the pictures just click on them.

John, thank you for the kind words and comments.

How is that show polished finish compare to chrome?

Bailey, I was a little hestitant about buying the show polish over the chrome but Bob said that the show polish looks just as good as the chrome and he was right. If they loose there shine all I need is a tiny bit of polish on a rag and the shine comes right back. Another plus is that my old foot pegs and toe pegs were chrome and were already scratched up after only a summer of riding. With the new pegs all I have to do is buff out the scratches and they're back to new condition. Can't do that with chrome.:2thumbs:

I was leaning towards chrome also, I guess it makes sense, with the polished. They do seem to take the first hit

Yep, that's what I thought about the chrome. I didn't want too have to polish anymore than I had too but your right they take alot of abuse from the road and from bugs.

Pops, I'm not sure if he does but I will call him and ask him. If he doesn't i'm sure he could probably make them. He does great work and can fabricate just about anything.

Bailey, there is a big difference between just polished and show polished. With just polished which you commonly see is still dull. With a show polish finish you start out with 350 grit sand paper to remove any machine marks. Then you go to 400 grit then to 800 grit all the way to 2000 grit. Then you polish it. This is all done by hand.

If you go to the bike shows and look at the custom bikes many ask how come the show bike's chrome shines more than theirs. That's because it's not chrome but show polished aluminum. You can also polish out any scratch or gouge. With chrome ? Forget it. In addition, chrome will eventually peel no matter how good the chrome job when it comes to aluminum. Chrome and steel are fine. Chrome and aluminum ? Not good if you want endurance.

Pops, I have the 3" extensions. However, the arms on these forward controls are multi adjustable.
