So, I've begun to notice a ridge building up between the holes on the rotors. Sure enough, Fab Kevin has a great article in The Horse (BSC) this month on making a ventilated rotor from a solid.
He points out that if the holes don't overlap, then a ridge will build up -- guess BDM didn't get that lesson in machinist school.....
Little hard to see in the pics, but there is a ridge you can feel in the small area where the holes don't overlap -- may put them on the drill press and enlarge the holes in the middle and see what happens :up:
