Don't know, what is a K9 250? Can't be the rear tire, it's a 300. What was the tire on the BDM Chopper - 240 or 250? Maybe it's really the Chopper, just a touch smaller than the K9.

It really has no relation to the K-9. The chopper has different rake, stretch and fork length than the K-9!! It’s more of an insult to the Chopper fan’s, down grading it!!! Kinda like the Mutt took the choppers place in 08 or 09. Using the Chopper tank fenders and 250 rear, basically everything but the frame and forks.!!!

I don't know about the name, but they probably got the same reaction with Greyhound. It clearly has nothing to do with K-9s, so I don't know how they're keeping it simple and less confusing. They say K-9 is the best selling, probably just hoping some of that rubs off. Personally, I would have prefered Greyhound, or any other breed name over k9-250.
