These are some of the new items from this winter.

New sissy bar, new coil mount, FU valve caps, spike axle bolts, XXX carb along with a 640 cam bigger valves port and polish and a 40 trim on the jugs. Took it out today for the first time and man does it run. Some othe rthings on the bike are a custom seat, paint work, open primary, 44 mag fork nuts and probably some other things been working on it for 2 years. Excuse the dirt like I said I just came in from riding

Looking great 05Bdog, like the superman emblem on the bars! How did you do it?

Have one question. Is there some kind of bracket that I don't see holding up that carburator??

Great job,
Ray

Is that a RMD open belt?

What about the coil mount setup.... all Vulcan? or did you run a yankee motor mount?

RMD open belt the coil pieces came from Vulcan but I had to machine the motor mount to make it work. All the visors for the tail lights can from my local H-D Dealer. Thanks again for the compliments

Yeah I got the RMD sitting, awaiting to be put on... I got a yankee motor mount, with a vulcan coil mount... got to get even the yankee motor mount milled and "adjusted" to fit it?

What was the adjustments you needed to make to get yours to fit?

And Wood... you will see a few of us have those signal bezles. I got them on mine too!

Looks great!

And guys, if you look close under the carb you'll see the "S&S" carb support bracket. You turn it down under the nut that's between the jugs and the bottom carb bolt between the intake and the bottom carb mount bolt. They work perfect and really clean up around the carb. Plus they're only 15 bucks...just did one on mine for my new cleaner!
