primary chain and tensioner

I'm going take off the primary cover, my chain won't tighten. If the chain is streched or the tensioner is worn, does anyone have suggestions on chain and tensioner. should i get bd parts or is there something better.

I've heard you can install the automatic adjuster ... not sure which 1 to use.. contact steve @ bikers dream...

appriciate the answer got the primary off, there was a burr on the adjuster knocked it off with a chisel, adjusted up fine. I will probably look into the self adjuster. chain and tensioner look great. automatic i like ( ride instead of wrenching)

I tried a Hayden M6 and it didn't work. Didn't clear the outer primary.....:angry:
