Curved Exhaust Tubing

Ok guys I am having a hard time finding pre crurved 2.25" tubing. What I need is about a 2' radius for some up sweeps on an exhaust I am going to build. I was able to find some 2" but I need 2.25"

If any one knows where I can find em I would appreciate the info!!!:2thumbs:

go to your local muffler shop that has a pipe bender. the pipe comes in 10 foot lenghts and they can cut and bend it you your needs....

A muffler shop can't make the sweeps. In fact most muffler shops don't even have a mandrel bender. The bender they use crimps the pipe when it bends it. It takes a rolling machine to make the sweeps.

Go to an electrical supply house (electricians bend conduit all the time) and rent a conduit bender or maybe they can bend it for you right there.

Thats not the same thing as what I need. Basicly if these sweeps were made out of a long enough piece of pipe it would make about a full 6' circle. It takes a special rolling machine to make these. Thanks tho!

yep a tubing roller will do it.. I used to work in a shop that had 1......any metal fab shop should be able to hook you up...:2thumbs:

Sorry I was speaking about a custom shop that does all one off bending I should have been more clear. The shop I worked at back home could do that work for you, but as Eric said most metal fab shops should be able to help you out depending on th gauge of the pipe being used.....
