I bought it and put it on. Never again! For one, it's not cut real good. Have to play with it to see where the cuts are, mostly scored not cut. Second, it looks like shit on the bike. I only left the front frame (down tubes)pieces on and I made a piece for around the back or the rear fender to protect from the tire kicking stuff up. You’re better off just getting plain 3M plastic tape and making your own, much cheaper if you want to mess with it at all! Just my 2 cents worth!

Not sure the item involved, but have the 3M rear fender protection tape on my 06 K9. Was a bitch to get on rite, but once on def protects fender from suction cup marks. Only fear...how the hell I get it off when needs to be replaced!!! :roll::up:

Heat gun and a lot of work will take it off. Don't get it to hot or you can blister the paint. Then some paint thinner to remove some old adhesive (Mineral spirits). Don't go to strong with the thinner like lacquer thinner, it may hurt the paint.

Thanks Ron. I was going to buy it for my rear fender! My seat is wearing the crap out of the paint. I will skip buying it and cut my own for just under the seat if I can somehow.
