Hey G, don't know if I would be of any help. I am not an official BD owner although I have been here reading/learning and shopping for a Dog almost 2 years now.
Maybe I can take a run to put eyes on that bike for you. Send me a PM with the particulars about the bike and I will see if I can help.

Thanks for the replies guys.
Its a 02 Pitt bull. It's at New Orleans Harley Davidson. It's somewhat of a project bike but supposed to run and ride well. Needs some paint and chrome work. Speedometer doesn't work which seems like a common problem. But the price seems good all things considered.

I'm back in Brooklyn, MS....about 2 hours away but Rocky will be there today. She has an '03 Mastiff and can give you an idea of the condition. They may even let her take it for a test ride. I'll ask and see if she has time to go by today.

Just got off the phone with Rocky. Looks like she may have time to go by and test ride this bike for you sometime today. I looked at the bike online and the paint issues are obvious, but what a great price. Anyway, Rocky is no mechanic but she does know if something isn't working right, shifting hard, tracking straight, clutches easy/no creeping, etc. She's had bikes for a long time and can let you know if it's riding well. I'll get back on here later when I hear back from her.
