It doesnt take much to total one, I have mine insured for $8000 more than it would cost to replace it just in case. Just getting rear ended on my K9, bike didnt even go down and it was $7500. I say this is a def totaled bike but Im so glad your ok, it could have been much much worse....

Thumper your right. A friend of mine picked up a salvaged title, 09 HD Ultra for 6k. He replaced the front end and has a total of 4k in it. The bike looks brand new.
