pingel offers the electric version. i have it on my 06 pit. works great but there have been some unresolved issues related to the electronics. the ehc does not like the plug and play and will blow 40 amp fuse block if repeatedly hammered. shifts very fast but unfortunately just as fast (and much rougher) on the downshift. i only use it upshifting running against metrics. cost was roughly 900 dollars. brackets, wiring, fuse block, piston, switch assembly all included. bracket(s) were not chromed or polished just plain carbon steel. have pictures if you want to see how i mounted it. they are fun for sure but took some time to get it dialed in and semi-reliable. also broke a tranny in the process but found out if was an early one that had a recall so fix was free. had new trans gears bevel cut (undercut), solid jackshaft installed and all the gears case hardened and shot peened as the motor is making some big ponies. in retrospec i am happy i added it but suffered a lot of down time making it work right.

Pingel makes an Electric shifter that will shift when you want or at a certain RPM like 6000 for about $750.00

All Electric Motorcycle Shifters - Universal

I saw them at Stugis last year and the tranny takes a beating from what I could see. I guess they are great for racing, especially if you can afford a new tranny every other pass.

Julio,
The few Harley's I've put air shifters on,I did with brackets I made in house.
That being said,I also use a cylinder with a longer throw,as the Harley's seem to have a longer shift travel distance. You're close to MRE,in Clearwater, maybe they have something.

looks very hard on the gear box, does it even use the clutch , looks like you should just smash your bike through the gears with no clutch , not for me........

Same here....Just shift your bike a couple times without the clutch and feel the metal to metal hit! No Way

How is it hard on the tranny? Don't they have an ignition kill so it times the shift properly? I've been shifting up and down without the clutch for years, put 25k on my Baker before I sold it. I run a reverse pattern so I had to open it up to put the regular shift drum back in for the buyer, and everything still looked great.
