I know our "Limited" K9s get mixed reviews, but I'm curious as to how many are on the forum. I've got #9, who has the rest? I think I have seen #12 and #37 but I could be wrong.

I have #12. I know there are 99 other ones out there, but I bought it because I liked it. What have you done to yours?

XOPRODOX grips and pegs, powdercoated the air cleaner and BRs, Spiked axle covers, foward controls, and a whole bunch of spikes from Low Down Chop Shop. Nothing too crazy. How does your Intake run? I've heard they can be iffy. It's a DM, right?

I love that bike. I would trade mine that's all tricked out with grade 9 paint for that bike. I love the all black stealth look.

No problem with the air cleaner...yep it's a DM. Went with the roulette grips and pegs, roulette fork nut covers, spike axle covers, pro-one mirrors ( Billet Mirror Flame Black ), novello head bolt covers, and I have the K & P black diamond oil filter ordered from Jake.

I noticed your pegs and grips. I wondered how those would look on our bikes. You made a good choice!

Oh and I found a nice little way to fill those bolt holes when no sissy bar is on. If you like the spike thing, that is.

I'm friends with the guy who did all the pinstriping on these bikes, if anyone needs to match the stripes (on a helmet for example). His name is Chad. He's very talented!

I can't speak for the 100 black '07 Ltd Ed K9's, but my '09 15th Anniv K9 is #5 of 15 made (only 5 were made in the Candy Red/Black...pretty "limited", I'd say) and it is an AWESOME machine!!!
Only have about 3500 miles on it so far, but they've been FUN!!!:whoop:
(sorry...didn't mean to bust-in on your thread)

No thread busted, he never said what year Limited!!!

You must be extra proud of that bike. I saw one for sale in Ringold Ga. It took me a while before I noticed the tribal like pattern was actually the number 15. POST A PIC OF THAT JEWEL MAN.

Thanks man! I love Ltd Ed bikes...had several anniversary Harleys over the years. Makes them a little more unique and special over the rest of the herd (IMO). I really wanted one of those black Ltd Ed K9s like yours, but couldn't swing it financially at that time. Anyway, here's a couple pics of my machine. Ride safe, and ENJOY LIFE!!!:whoop::cheers:
