felt bobs are the way to go. I bought like 30 in ebay a long time ago for like 8 bucks...plus they last for freakin ever! dremmel tool with the flex extension is the way to go too...

Please forgive my ignorance...whats a "feltbob"? I have a dremel and flex extention, so Im halfway there! A picture would be appreciated. Is this something that a regular hardware store would carry, or more of a specialty item?
Thank you.

If you're not a power tool guy, Black Magic's detail brush kit sells for <$8 at AutoZone. Their "Vent Brush" happens to be shaped to fit perfectly over an engine fin to clean top side & bottom. Another brush in this kit has a hard rubber pointed tip that comes in handy too.
Here's the link: Black Magic Car Care Products - Black Magic Detailing Brush Pack

I use those along with a Pimp-Stixxx kit:

And here's a kit from J&P Cycles which might also come in handy:

Great Idea Eric, and those tips are readily available even at Wal mart. I was thinking maybe the bore cleaning tip for a 410 or 20 gauge shotgun would possibly fit the fins just about right. I have some larger than that already.
Yesterday I got one of those Cones Mother's sell to do my wheels and with the Mag and aluminum polish and very little effort they are looking new again.
Headed to the garage ,

Thanks, Ray
