Don't get much better tha the stock coil your bike came with. It's a Crane. But any 3ohm single fire coil will work.

I was just curious. I hear about people changing their coil to get better spark, fire, horsepower.
Just remember you already own a high performance motor and you can do things to it to get a little more and a little better but I would do extensive research BEFORE you spend any money. You can just as easily spend money and bolt chit on and go in the opposite direction that your interested in. There are some really good companies doing package deals that work really well, Woods cams come to mind, but be careful. There are far to many out there who think they know what their doing but really don't and will take your money and leave you dissapointed. If you have limited funds then go for the smaller details like pipes, again a very touchy area read and learn before making a decision, another good upgrade is a better Ignition module. Ray just installed the Thunderheart adjustable system that he raves about.
Anyway, I don't think your going to get much of anything out of a different coil than what came with your ride. Crane makes a top notch coil. I'm sure one of the guys with the dual coil setup is going to jump in here and tell me I am full of chit but thats what this forum is about getting alot of input from different users who have actually done it. Just remember that just because they put it on their ride and it produced does not neccesarily mean that it will do the same on your ride there are just too many variables involved most of the time.
