Skull insert....

Got my new skull insert today for my S & S Desperado cover....from Chrome Dome Motorcycle Products......looks sick!!

This is what it will look like when I get it on my Desperado cover........

Yeah I had that one when they shipped the wrong one... looked killer but wasn't what I asked for... so we swapped...

Anyway, its a cool deal and is just that little "extra" to dress up a nice classic piece as the S&S air covers are.

I like the inserts a lot. I'm not a big fan of the horn covers but, I really do like the inserts. Eh, that's the thing I guess though, everybody has different taste.

you take some of that rvt clear silicone....apply it to the back of the cone on the insert.....then let it set up overnite.....gtg!
it came with directions for applying the insert also :up:

I've seen some really funky skull air cleaners and even some mirrors I hated but, I'll say it again, that's a cool insert.

To me, they're either really cool or, really not. LOL But, that's why we put the aftermarket stuff on, to make it our own.
